Subjectively, I noticed that the GP500 had extremely accurate grayscale OOTB. I found an DeltaE value of just 2.3 which is less than the amount visible to the eye. This is quite impressive. The Dynamic Contrast function really added depth to Life of pi's few night scenes and the color display was fantastic. Avatar looked very good as well.

GP500 Black

The GP500 has opening tabs both on the left and right side of the shield. It is Pinlock Max Vision ready. It also has an e-shield lock to prevent it from opening while riding (or in the event of an accident). The back of the helmet features a double-d-ring fastener that is free of tools.

The auto-focus feature was extremely swift and worked flawlessly creating clear, crisp images with lots of distinct shades. It was unable to cope with the dark scenes at night in Life of Pi but overall it created a cinematic feel.

There aren't any race-related graphics for the GP500 but you can buy Airoh Sectors, Scrape and Cosmos in plain black. You can also buy it with Rockstar Drive and Check graphics to give it a more race-focused appearance.

The GP500 White also has several regular and not-so-common quality of life features like Keystone and Corner Fit (which is digital image warping). These can be useful in less than ideal installations since they allow you to display an image that is flat. However, they could degrade the image quality. It is crucial to keep in mind this. The GP500 produced very clear and distinct colors. It also had a great grayscale performance OOTB.

GP500 Yellow
