Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your house, create cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and the amount of water the mop is using.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate around rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid hitting furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These features are essential in my house that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It's able to mop and sweep in a single session, and it can even lift its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming damp. It can also see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets plants, a variety of small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it becoming stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad of over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also has mop lifter technology that lifts the pad automatically as it changes between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can just set it and forget it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its normal mop and vac settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded and capable product, with its only downsides being the fact that it's expensive. Its sheer number of features make it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. The premium price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two mop heads that rotate. It also has an app-based, smart controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is one of the highest robotic cleaner and mop vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed well across the entire home. It was able to eliminate 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and managed to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also great in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its smart controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid mops I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's numerous premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be emptied as well as the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads, which are bought separately are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a smaller budget, I suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful mop and robot vacuum combo comes with a strong suction power of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery capacity to power mopping and vacuuming, and top-notch obstacles-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself which makes it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire length of the bot and is continuously dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements and then pumped into a larger storage canister. The onboard tank holds plenty of water and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop combos, the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning solutions.

Like many robots, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this could be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a good bit of an area before it has to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can clean manually all areas that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, expandable zone, or a routine you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've examined like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat manner. Its 'Normal' pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too although it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

One of the biggest flaws of this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be a problem for those who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot cleaner with mop. Thankfully, there's an easy workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you utilize the mopping function of the vacuum to remove the last traces of dust and debris that you've left behind from your vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its cheaper competitors.
