What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no gameplay benefit aside from making it easier to find and purchase upgrades.

Boosters

Costs

There are a few expenses associated with item upgrades. The first is the cost of performing the upgrade. It can be costly and depends on the new level of the Best item upgrader as well as the number perks it gains. It can also be expensive to upgrade an item to a higher tier (such as Explorer > Champion or Veteran > Heroic).

The other is the cost of items needed to upgrade. Success Rate

The process of upgrading an item is based on the chance. Like any random system there is a chance that it won't succeed. However there are some things which can improve the chances of success. This includes using an item known as an Upgrade Pity or the addition of extra items to the upgrade.

An Upgrade Pity is a product you can buy from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the chances of an upgrade item's success by a percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that some items provide, but it is more solid. It can be added to any weapons or armor and can be used three times.

You can also add additional components to the upgrade to increase the chance of success. They are displayed in a separate window, above the + button. There are some limitations. The maximum amount of material you can add is displayed directly above the + button.

Another way to increase the odds of an upgrade achieving success is by using the item known as the Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item can be useful if your weapon or piece is near or has reached the top level of its tier. It will let you upgrade that piece of equipment to the next level without worrying about it breaking.

If an upgrade fails it will be returned to its original state. This is typically an error, but it can also be a downgrade. You should save an upgrade until you're close to the highest level for an item.

There are a variety of items available in the Kafra shop that can be used to increase the chances of an upgrade succeeding. For example, upgrading a piece of equipment with HD Oridecon or HD Elunium multiple times will provide you with more chance of success. Failure Rate
