There's a medium-sized storage pouch located at the back of the seat, but it wouldn't be large enough to accommodate the use of a changing bag.

The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use starting at birth. However, it's recommended that you wait until the child is six-months-old before using it to run. The harness isn't strong enough to support a newborn comfortably, so you'll need to purchase an additional carrycot.
